Maya Sunar of Chümoukedima Town, who belongs to Gorkha community and is the present youth secretary of Nepali Baptist church chümoukedima have come up with a creativity Idea making a big star for this Christmas.
According to her interview she said that
During the Christmas season, it’s hard to go anywhere without seeing stars hanging from street lamps and perched atop Christmas trees. Although the Star of Bethlehem appears just once in the Bible, in the Gospel of Matthew in the New Testament, it has become one of the holiday’s most important and enduring symbols. So, she wanted something big this Christmas for her locality people to know about the Christmas and she made this star almost 5ft. She wanted to make sure that being a girl nothing is impossible in life if we try hard.
Maya Sunar also the teacher of North Town Higher secondary school Chümoukedima Town almost known for her beautification presentation in various events and programs presents a list of creativity women in Gorkha Community that have changed the startup landscape of Gorkhas of Chümoukedima with her grit, determination, and strength of purpose.
